Signal Score
A reputation score built from real work.
You earn your Signal Score; you cannot buy it. It follows from delivered work, ratings from others and how consistent you are. Changing plans does not change it. Treat it as a signal to weigh, not a guarantee.
What makes up your Signal Score
Seven parts, each with a fixed weight. Together they add up to a score from 0 to 100.

Projects
Every project you own counts. A launched project weighs more than one that is still being built.
Weight: 20%
Ratings
The average score, from 1 to 5, that others give you after working together.
Weight: 15%
Completed trials
The share of the trials you take part in that get completed.

Profile
Your headline, a bio, your location, your availability, your current focus and your skills.

Active streak
How many days in a row you are active. After 25 days this part is full.

Workspace participation
The share of your workspaces in which you post messages yourself.

Starter
You start at zero. A complete profile and your first project get the score moving.

Rising
The start of a track record: a complete profile and your first completed trials.
From 40
Active
A track record others can check before they contact you.
From 60
Trusted
A strong, consistent track record. From this level on, Forge can name your score as a reason when it suggests you as a match.
From 80
Top Builder
The top level: a lot of delivered work and strong ratings, over a longer period.
What your plan does, and does not do
Your plan does not change your Signal Score. When Forge looks for specialists for a project, a higher plan does give your match score an uplift. That uplift strengthens a score you already have; it cannot make a thin track record strong.
