Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 July 2026
These terms apply to the Forenta public beta. They distinguish the product you can use now from paid plans and enterprise capabilities that are still being prepared or piloted.
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using a public Forge analysis, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use Forenta. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We may update these terms when the service changes and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
2. What Forenta provides
Forge reviews text you provide and returns an AI-generated assessment, risks and possible next steps. It does not automatically fetch a website or repository from a link. The platform also includes profiles, matching, projects, trials and shared workspaces. Enterprise adds an eight-stage project pipeline, roles, decision gates, budget controls and audit records. Enterprise remains a controlled pilot and is not offered as a finished self-service product.
3. Beta status
Forenta is in public beta. Features can change, be unavailable or contain defects. New accounts use Lite and receive a one-off beta credit grant. Pro and Max are shown as planned post-beta offers, but paid subscriptions are disabled in the current release. Pilot access can be limited, changed or ended when this is needed to protect users or operate the service.
4. Accounts and access
Keep your account details accurate and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you report unauthorized use promptly. Roles and permissions determine what you can view or change. We may restrict or suspend access when we reasonably suspect abuse, security risk, fraud or a serious breach of these terms.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Forenta to break the law, harm or mislead people, infringe intellectual property, scrape private data, bypass access or credit controls, probe other accounts, distribute malware or submit secrets and special-category personal data to AI features. Treat other users respectfully and describe your skills, availability and work honestly. Report a security issue to security@forenta.tech instead of exploiting it.
6. Credits, prices and payments
Credits measure use of selected features. Their cost and availability are shown in the product and can change during beta. The announced post-beta prices are €9 per month for Pro and €19 per month for Max; these are not a current purchase offer while paid plans are disabled. When billing is enabled, Mollie processes the payment and checkout will show the amount, interval and renewal terms before you pay. Statutory consumer cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected. Billing questions go to billing@forenta.tech.
7. AI output and user responsibility
Forge, Flux and enterprise reviews use AI. Their output may contain mistakes, incomplete reasoning, insecure code or unsupported claims. It is not legal, medical or financial advice. You must review output before using it, especially for production releases, security decisions or regulated work. Forenta can limit requests and reject unsafe or abusive use.
8. Your content and intellectual property
You keep your rights in content you upload. You give Forenta a limited licence to store, process and display that content as needed to provide the service and according to your visibility choices. Forenta does not claim ownership of deliverables made between users. Agree ownership, confidentiality and AI-tool licence terms with collaborators before work starts. Rights in AI-assisted output depend on the facts and applicable law; Forenta does not promise that an output is exclusive or protected by copyright.
9. Collaboration and Signal Score
Forenta supplies tools for matching and collaboration but is not a party to agreements between users unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. A Signal Score and a verified profile status are platform signals, not guarantees of identity, quality, availability or project success. Check a collaborator yourself before sharing confidential information or making commitments.
10. Availability and liability
We provide the beta on an as-available basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular result. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. For business users, and to the extent permitted by law, Forenta is not liable for indirect loss and total liability is limited to the fees paid to Forenta in the twelve months before the event. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over this limitation.
11. Ending use and applicable law
You can export your data and delete your account from Settings. Remaining beta credits expire when the account is deleted. Shared project records and legally required administration may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. Dutch law applies. The courts of The Hague have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law gives you another forum. Contact legal@forenta.tech for legal questions.
