- Reporting issues or concerns through proper channels
- Building long-term relationships with platform partners
- Respecting other users' privacy and visibility preferences
- Using your real identity and keeping your profile accurate
What's not allowed
- Circumventing the credits system or taking projects off-platform
- Fake reviews, misleading profiles, or false credentials
- Harassment, threats, discrimination, or offensive communication
- Sharing confidential workspace content or private user data externally
- Scraping profiles, automating data extraction, or building competing datasets
- Plagiarism or use of others' IP without permission
- Creating multiple accounts or impersonating others
- Contacting users who have set their profile to private or disabled messages
Enforcement
A formal warning is issued for first-time or minor violations. The behaviour must stop immediately.
Repeated or serious violations result in temporary account suspension while we investigate.
Severe or repeated violations lead to permanent removal from the platform with no refund of subscription fees.
